I've also been a fan watching the Internet alter and destroy classic media distribution channels in the past ten years (I talk more about it on my blog at JustinGibbs.com. I've been professionally employed by the Internet in various forms for over 8 years so I know a thing or two about it and, needless to say, I couldn't just make a comic…I had to make a webcomic. A lot of comic artists talk of the freedom they find in the form and that is exactly what I'm trying to take advantage of here.
